As New Zealand’s leading retail trade membership organisation, we are excited to offer retailers the opportunity to take advantage of our Workplace Compliance Audit. Once your workplace meets all requirements, you’ll receive your certification – the Retail NZ Good Employer Tick.
Ensure you are meeting all New Zealand laws on immigration and employment. Once confirmed, you’ll gain the Retail NZ Good Employer Tick.
This opportunity is available to retailers with 50 or less employees.
On completion of your business audit, you will receive a personalised report highlighting where you meet employment standards and recommendations of areas that you may need to rectify to meet minimum requirements. Once your workplace meets all minimum requirements you will receive a certificate acknowledging your business with a Retail NZ Good Employer Tick.
