Template: Change in Conditions – Personal Grievance for Sexual Harassment
Use this letter to notify your team of a recent change to their terms and conditions of employment.
Parliament recently passed the Employment Relations (Extended Time for Personal Grievance for Sexual Harassment) Amendment Bill. The Bill’s purpose is to extend the time limit for employees to raise a personal grievance claim for sexual harassment from 90 days to 12 months.
Note: Any other personal grievance must still be raised within 90 days.
