We hosted some events between August – October 2022, with great networking and training opportunity where we updated you on what’s happening in the retail market. As a part of these events, we gave you opportunity to attend an in-depth training session on personal safety and conflict management. These sessions were intended to help you against in-store violence and anti-social behaviour, also seek advice on more such important issues on helping customers to #ShopNice.
