How can my business manage NZ minimum wage increasing?
There’s a lot of concern amongst employers, with the Government’s increase of the NZ minimum wage to $22.70 per hour from 1 April 2023. This is a $1.50 increase from the previous rate (see the details here).
It’s important that retailers are equipped with the right tools and information to accommodate the changes in NZ minimum wage.
