What is the 2021 minimum sick leave change?
The Government has made it compulsory to offer all employees at least 10 days’ paid sick leave each year. This is because of the Holidays (Increasing Sick leave) Amendment Bill. This change impacts all businesses, so there are important considerations to start making, to ensure your business can sustain with this legislative change.
