How should I pay my employees that are self isolating?

Sick leave should be used in any situation where an employee is unwell, or not fit to work as they normally would as per their individual employment agreement. When an employee cannot attend work due to self-isolating, actually having COVID-19 or awaiting COVID test results, the employer and employee should have a discussion in good faith what options are available.
